Daren Brooks, D.O.
Dr. Daren Brooks began his college career at Dixie State University and graduated with honors. He later attended BYU where he earned a pre-med B.S. in exercise science / zoology and then an M.S. in Health Psychology, and was voted valedictorian for his graduate program.
Dr. Brooks founded The Bridge Recovery Center in Southern Utah: a program that helps adults who suffer from chronic pain and depression and then later returned to medical school to earn his Doctor of Osteopathy degree and finished his internship at The Bingham Memorial Hospital in Blackfoot, Idaho. He has worked as a consultant for NASA, Coca Cola, Lockheed Martin and many others. He also spent time studying culture and human relations in the Middle East. He has taught multiple university level courses including mind-body medicine at BYU, as well as diet/nutrition, and microbiology laboratory classes at Dixie State University and SUU.
His Dermatology experience includes surgical, evaluation and prognosis, executive management and technical writing skills. He is fluent in French and some Spanish. Daren says he is grateful to work with the compassionate and expert practitioners at Mohave Skin and Cancer and appreciates their dedication to patient care.
During his free time, Daren enjoys spending time with family and friends, the entire outdoors, triathlons, classic car restoration, water and snow sports, flying and many other hobbies.
Dr. Brooks has worked for Mohave Skin and Cancer with Dr. Jaldeep Daulat D.O. since 2015 where he provides dermatological services to patients in Laughlin, Nevada and Kingman and Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
